Restivo Monacelli LLP announced today that Kevin Hundley has been appointed Managing Partner, succeeding Edmund Restivo, Jr., who remains with the firm as a Founding Partner and will continue to service clients.


Kevin joined Restivo Monacelli in 2003 as a Manager in the Audit and Accounting Department, and was promoted to Partner in 2008. In that role, he oversaw the firm’s largest practice group and managed a growing team of professionals. As Managing Partner, Kevin will be responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and providing leadership on overall firm matters.  Among Kevin’s priorities are advancing the firm’s commitment of providing exceptional client advisory service and building a strong culture so that the entire firm is engaged in Restivo Monacelli’s forward progress.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in public accounting.  Prior to joining Restivo Monacelli, Kevin began his career and was a manager in the Columbus, OH office of Crowe.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA). He is on the Boards of First Works and Providence Preservation Society, where he is also a member of its Finance Committee. Kevin, his wife Karen, and his two children are residents of Pascoag, RI.

Restivo Monacelli LLP announced today that Agnieszka Lucchesi, CPA, has returned to the firm as Partner in the Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Practice Group.


Agnieszka has significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the planning and design, and implementation of multi-generational estate plans with the use of sophisticated wealth preservation strategies.  In addition to providing year-round tax consulting for both high-net-worth individuals/families and closely held businesses, she has expertise in gift tax planning, fiduciary administration, charitable giving, and income tax planning and compliance. Agnieszka takes a collaborative approach to serving clients and works closely with attorneys, bankers and financial planners to provide forward thinking client service and strategic advice.


Agnieszka earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Entrepreneurial Studies from Johnson & Wales University and a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University. She launched her career as a Tax Accountant at Restivo Monacelli in 2005 and held that position until 2011. She then joined the international law firm of Locke Lord LLP (formerly Edward Wildman Palmer LLP) and was the lead tax accountant in their Private Client Group. In that role, she developed unique skills, gained knowledge and valuable insight into the legal perspective on Estate and Trust Planning. Agnieszka rejoins Restivo Monacelli after spending the last six years at Piccerelli, Gilstein & Company, LLP, where she most recently served as Principal.

Agnieszka is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA), Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island and the Lifespan Planned Giving Advisory Council. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the Top 10 Rising Stars in Rhode Island by the National Academy of Public Accounting Professionals. Agnieszka, originally from Lublin Poland, is a resident of Barrington, RI.
