Kimberly Martinez is a Senior Tax Manager at Restivo Monacelli, an innovative tax, accounting and business advisory firm with offices in Providence, RI and Boca Raton, FL.


As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than a decade of experience, Kimberly manages client relations and leads a team of Senior and Staff Accountants on a variety of client engagements. She has profound expertise in preparing and reviewing state and federal corporate and individual tax returns, including multistate and consolidated returns, with a focus on small business entities, multifamily real estate investment entities and high-net-worth individuals. In addition, clients leverage her extensive knowledge of tax-related legislation under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), including Opportunity Zone investments, as well as the CARES Act, involving Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funding and forgiveness, Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) loans and Employee Retention Tax Credits (ERTC), to drive tax savings and ensure compliance.

Kimberly, who resides in Tampa, Florida, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Taxation from the State University of New York.
