New College Graduates
Restivo Monacelli LLP provides all of our new college graduates a great foundation for their careers. You begin as a staff accountant. As your experience and technical skills grow, you will have the opportunity to move up into junior and senior staff accountant, manager and partner positions. You will also learn to develop close relationships with the clients.
As a staff accountant, you will:
- work as a member of audit and other accounting engagements;
- prepare various types of tax returns and financials statements;
- assist with special consulting projects and;
- have the opportunity to gain important business and client development skills.
Internships
Restivo Monacelli LLP can also help you jump start your accounting career through our internship program, which provides you with valuable experience before you graduate.
As an intern, you have responsibilities similar to a first year staff accountant. You will work with all Restivo Monacelli LLP members from staff accountants to partners, as well as participate in the firms’ training, networking and marketing efforts.
You might qualify for our intern program if you:
- are a college junior or senior;
- have a GPA of 3.0 or higher;
- have completed intermediate accounting classes and;
- have taken an introductory tax class.
